99% is always in stock, but during busy times of the year, stock may sell out quickly, be limited in availability. We keep our overall stock levels low to keep prices for you to a minimum.
Where a product is out of stock, we try our very best to display an estimated re-stocking date on a product page if the information is available. Please contact us registering your interest via our contact page, you will be notified as soon as stock is booked in to our warehouse.
Our made to order products have their own delivery leads times and we will let you know as soon as you placing an order.
If you have a promotional code, this can be entered in your basket during the checkout process.
Clicking through our website using the navigation bar across the top of the website or search functions. Click on a product category that interests you. Sub category navigation is displayed on the left hand side of all category pages.
Select a product from our collections and ranges and you will be presented with the product page. All relevant details can be found on the product details page, including a product description, dimensions, care instructions, delivery and returns information.
Where applicable select the quantity you wish to purchase. Click on the 'Add to basket button' and this will save your chosen product to your basket, ready for checkout.
Continue browsing the website to add more products or head to the checkout to make payment. If you wish to review your chosen items click on 'View Basket' or if you are satisfied with your selection click on ‘Checkout’.
If you are a registered customer, login using the email address you registered with and your password. If you are a new customer, follow the steps in the checkout process to register and complete your billing and delivery information.
You can select whether you wish to collect your purchase or have it delivered to an address of your choice (please refer to our returns and delivery information page for delivery destinations and applicable charges).
You may also leave a note for the courier if you are having your purchase delivered. Before submitting payment you will have an opportunity to review and confirm your order.
You will receive an order successful message and an email confirmation of your order once your order has been completed.

• Use less: as little material as possible per pack but still maintain a high level of protection
• Close the loop: materials and pack formats that are easy to recycle
• Lower its impact: deliberately avoiding high carbon materials
We are always looking for new ways and are currently searching for new Eco Friendly Boxes for when we are out of our used boxes. We also source used boxes from local Dorset business's that would have normally disposed of them.
Please reuse your boxes, help your son or daughter move to Uni, putting the Christmas decorations in the attic, collect them and make a castle in your spare room or recycle them at your local centre.
We hope our customers don't get put off by our use of recycled boxes, we really are trying to do our bit, however small.
