FAQs

Newer glass is usually thinner and gives a better reflection than old glass. A quick trick to tell how old your mirror is is to hold the edge of a white card right up against the glass. If the card and the reflection appear to be the same white colour, then the mirror was most likely made after 1850.

The directional placement of mirrors states that mirrors should always be placed on the eastern and northern walls of a home and should never be placed on the southern or western walls.

DID YOU KNOW? - According to the basic rules of feng shui, the ancient belief of energy in space, it is best to place your mirror in a bedroom away from your bed but not facing the window. Keeping your mirror away from your bed and away from light is said to bring peace and a good night's sleep.
