Large Item & Fragile Item Delivery from £15.00
Delivery is free when you spend over £195.00 today,
Large, heavy or fragile items will be delivered by our selected courier service. Delivery costs from £15.00 available to the UK mainland only, we will however absorb this cost when you spend over £195.00 today, all in stock items are dispatched with 48 hours and can takes 1-3 weeks for delivery.
When you order, our customer services team will pass your order details to Pallet delivery team who will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
Please make sure the item will fit into the room and also make sure doorways and hallways on the way are wide enough for it to pass.
*Next Day Delivery - Orders are dispatched with a cut off period of 13:00 daily to ensure they reach you in the timescale required, items ordered after 11am will be dispatched promptly on the next working day, Saturday & Sunday is not classed as a working day with the courier service network. Orders placed prior to 13:00am on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with every purchase from The Farthing, we've made our returns policy easy and stress free. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us in its original, unused, saleable condition and repacked in the original packaging to our address on our returns page or contact us via email (email@example.com) or Telephone us 0344 5672400 and we can arrange a courier to collect from you at your convenience. All delivery damages will be required to be boxed as they arrived, failure to box an item ready for collection can incur additional charges by our couriers DPD. Items will be required to be packaged as they arrived as the packaging will be inspected, we cannot exchange of swop over unboxed items, we hope you appreciate this, Delivery damages must be reported within a 24hr window from time of delivery, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible outside this window.
