If your transaction is declined during the online ordering process, please follow the instructions on screen. Check the information you have entered and try again, or alternatively please try another form of payment.
Make sure that the first line of your address is no more than 10 characters and that you have selected the right card type.
In some cases, your order may still be accepted but you will receive follow-up contact from our Customer Service team by email to inform you the payment has been declined. We will ask you to contact us via phone to resolve the matter.
Your order will be held for 72 hours prior to cancellation.
If you are placing an order of high value, please note that banks may occasionally put a hold on an authorisation as a security measure until they have received confirmation of the authenticity of the transaction from the card holder.
All items that are displayed in stock will be dispatched daily at 11am. You have the option to select next day delivery or Saturday delivery at checkout.
Once your item is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information, this will link you to your delivery window to save you time on delivery day. Our next day delivery service incorporates a text or email 1 hour delivery window service approximately 3 hours prior to your delivery.
Items that have been pre ordered and have red text displaying approximate arrival date will be dispatched as soon as they have been checked into stock at our warehouse, all pre orders are sent out on our standard 3 day service unless a next day delivery option has been paid for.
Large items or pallet delivery items will be delivered via our pallet service network with a standard booking service three days prior to delivery.
Our aim is to dispatch and deliver your order as soon as possible, we believe the fun is always in the receiving.

Couple of simple options of returning:
1, Please arrange to return to us at your convenience to our warehouse address, The Farthing, Unit10 Horn Park Business Centre, Beaminster, Dorset. DT8 3PT, please make sure the item in un-used condition and arriving with us undamaged in a resealable condition, as soon as the item is back with us we will then check it in and initiate a refund to you.
2, We can arrange this for you, the cost price that Fedex charge for this service depends on the size & weight of your item(s), this costing will be deducted from your refund balance. If you would like us to arrange collection and return we will contact Fedex to arrange this, please could you let us know the preferred date for collection, from the address we sent your delivery address. Postal Terms: please make sure that all items are in the original packaging and the same box of equivalent large box that they arrived in with sufficient packaging to withstand transit without damage, as this may effect your refund.
Your custom is always appreciated, once your Item(s) have arrived back with us we will initiate the refund.
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email from us confirming shipment.
Your email will include a tracking link which will direct you to our tracking information page.
You will then have the option to visit the courier’s tracking site, where you will have the most up-to-date tracking information for your parcel, change your delivery date, leave with neighbour or even deliver to a parcel shop if you have ordered a small to medium sized item.
This may be possible but is not always guaranteed.
We can only change the delivery address shortly after an order is placed, so please call our Customer Service team on 08445672400 or email us as soon as possible firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise if we can do this for you.
If the item you want is temporarily out of stock or on order, but a delivery is expected on a certain date, you will be able to contact us via email email@example.com or telephone 0844 5672400
We will be able to give you an expected due date for your item and a pre order can be made.
You will be able to pre-order this item and we recommend to do it as soon as possible before all the stock gets allocated. Your transaction will be authorised at point of order.
Please note: Your total order value will be authorised on completing checkout, including products which are out of stock and pre-ordered. You may notice that this authorisation will temporarily reduce the available balance on your account by the value of the item(s) including for out of stock and on order items. The amount will then be debited from your account at point of despatch.
If you see “Out of stock” next to AVAILABILITY or Qty, this means we are not expecting a delivery soon but may receive more in the future. You can enter your email address in the “Notify when in stock” box and click “Submit”, if/when we have more stock, we will let you know.
